The National Disability Development Foundation was formed under Ministry of Social Welfare as per the decision of the cabinet on 19 August 1999 to ensure & overall welfare of the Disabled people and integrate them in the mainstream of developmaent. The Societies registration Act, Under 1986 the Foundation was registered and its association memorandum and constitution were made.
