 Vision: 

Improving the qulity of life of people with disabilitys and protecting their interests 

Mission:

In the light of intematiomal intiatives and service stamdands and in the light of the un decleration on the rights & protection of persons with disabilitys 2013 and the ndd protection trest act 2013 full pastifiration of all persons with  disabilities in bangladesh conformation. 

02. to develop the contry by estblishing social  awareness and rule of law to integrate the disabled into the mainstream of society. 

03. coordinating all activities related to disability & playing an effcctive rok in the implemantation of policy making at the national level.
